I am a passionate Computer Science student with a keen interest in
Cybersecurity. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid
foundation in programming, algorithms, and network security. I am
eager to apply my knowledge to real-world challenges and contribute to
creating safer digital environments.
Currently studying for the CompTIA Security+ Certificate and almost
finished with the Google Cyber Security Professional Certificate.
In high school, I was incredibly passionate about computer science, always eager to dive into coding challenges and explore new technologies. Whether it was debugging a program, building a simple game, or learning about algorithms, I found myself spending hours immersed in the subject. My enthusiasm only grew as I participated in coding competitions and collaborated with classmates on projects, solidifying my love for problem-solving and innovation through technology.
I’m currently studying computer science at Wrexham University through IST College, and it’s been an exciting journey so far. The program is challenging yet rewarding, offering a mix of theoretical concepts and practical applications that keep me engaged. From coding and software development to exploring emerging technologies, I’m constantly learning and growing. The supportive environment and experienced instructors have been invaluable, and I’m eager to continue building my skills and knowledge in this dynamic field.

Although I haven’t landed a cybersecurity internship yet, it’s a field I’m deeply passionate about and determined to break into. I’ve been actively building my knowledge through courses, certifications, and hands-on practice, focusing on areas like network security, ethical hacking, and threat analysis. I’m eager to apply these skills in a professional setting and contribute to protecting systems and data. I’m confident that with persistence and continuous learning, I’ll soon find the right opportunity to start my career in cybersecurity.
I conducted a fictional security audit using Elastic SIEM, simulating log collection and analysis to detect potential threats. I configured Elastic Agents, created custom dashboards for monitoring, and set up alert rules to identify suspicious activities, gaining hands-on experience in threat detection and incident response.
I developed a basic macOS Keylogger as a learning project to understand how such tools operate and the risks they pose. Using Python and low-level system APIs, I simulated keystroke capture in a controlled environment. This project highlighted the importance of securing systems against malicious software and reinforced my commitment to ethical hacking practices.
I’ve worked on full stack projects, designing user-friendly interfaces and building secure, scalable back-end systems. These experiences have helped me master end-to-end development, from planning and coding to testing and deployment.
I conducted fictional security audits, simulating real-world scenarios to identify vulnerabilities and test defenses. These exercises allowed me to practice threat detection, risk assessment, and providing actionable recommendations to improve system security.
My brother helped me create my psychology website, and I couldn’t be happier! As a computer science major, he made the process so easy, designing a clean, professional site with features like booking and blog sections. It’s perfect for my practice, and I’m so grateful for his help!
