I’m currently studying computer science at Wrexham University through IST College, and it’s been an exciting journey so far. Although I haven’t landed a cybersecurity internship yet, it’s a field I’m deeply passionate about and determined to break into. I’ve been actively building my knowledge through courses, certifications, and hands-on practice, focusing on areas like network security, ethical hacking, and threat analysis. Projects

Elastic Stack SIEM

I conducted a fictional security audit using Elastic SIEM, simulating log collection and analysis to detect potential threats. I configured Elastic Agents, created custom dashboards for monitoring, and set up alert rules to identify suspicious activities, gaining hands-on experience in threat detection and incident response.

macOS Keylogger

I developed a basic macOS Keylogger as a learning project to understand how such tools operate and the risks they pose. Using Python and low-level system APIs, I simulated keystroke capture in a controlled environment. This project highlighted the importance of securing systems against malicious software and reinforced my commitment to ethical hacking practices.

Full Stack Development

I’ve worked on full stack projects, designing user-friendly interfaces and building secure, scalable back-end systems. These experiences have helped me master end-to-end development, from planning and coding to testing and deployment.

Security Audits
